Many of us have dreams and goals but we can easily lose sight of them over time. A vision board is a simple yet powerful tool that helps to bring your dreams to reality … and they really work. Vision boards have transformed the lives of many – and they have the power to transform your life too.
In this workshop, you will create your vision board using a collage of pictures, phrases, poems and quotes to visually represent what you would like to experience more of in your life. We will supply everything you need, you just need to come along with some ideas of your dreams and goals and if you have any pictures, phrases, poems or quotes that inspire you, bring them along too.
